a tarte-tastic lip stain

tarte Lip Surgence Natural Matte Lip Stain is the shiznit!  no lip liner necessary!  the matte version is great because it stays put on your lips - it's best when used in conjunction with a clear gloss.
i love it in the fiery and the lively!
